All Purpose Flour

Even if you are storing truckloads of Hard Red Wheat (which you should be doing), you ought to have some White Flour stored as well. Unless you are currently using WHOLE GRAINS daily in your family's food, you will need an adjustment period to get your system used to using whole grains. Mixing white flour in 50/50 with Whole grain flour when you make breads will help adjust your system to the whole grains easily.

Flour, much like dry milk, is something I will always buy pre-packed. I've thrown out literally hundreds of pounds of flour I've tried to put up myself over the last 20 years.
